Teachers maximize their students' potential in basic reading, writing, and social skills by creating a safe, fun, learning environment and utilizing a variety of educational activities, such as songs, stories, games, and art, that energize their students' learning abilities.
Positions
Homeroom Teacher (2+ years experience required)
Manage a homeroom class effectively, creating a structured and inclusive learning environment.
Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse student needs.
Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support student success.
Team Teacher (1+ year experience required)
Collaborate with fellow teachers to plan and execute lessons.
Co-teach and share responsibilities to enhance student learning.
Actively participate in professional learning communities and team meetings.
Required Qualifications
Bilingual Proficiency:



100% fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing); Spanish proficiency is a plus.
Education & Certification: Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
Valid teaching credential/license.
Teaching Experience: Background in inquiry-based, challenge-based, project-based learning, or IB methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in Education or a related field.
Experience with Readers & Writers Workshop.
Apple Certified Educator.
Experience in co-teaching models.
Knowledge of Reggio Emilia approach.
Prior classroom teaching experience.
