A successful Plant Manager should have:
A degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
Proven expertise in managing manufacturing operations.
Strong knowledge of operational processes and production management techniques.
Experience in implementing cost-saving measures and improving operational efficiency.
Familiarity with compliance standards in health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
