About the Position
We are currently offering a great opportunity for the position of Engineering Coordinator to join our Industrial Automation team in Mexico, D.F.
Responsibilities
Managing large projects/processes, with limited oversight from manager.
Implementing policy and strategy for short-term results.
Coaching, reviewing and delegating work to lower level professionals.
May manage experienced professionals who exercise latitude and independence in assignments.
Problems faced are difficult to moderately complex.
Influences others outside of own job area regarding policies, practices and procedures.
Ability to travel up to 100% of work time on average.
Ability to work under pressure.
Excellent interpersonal and customer facing skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Applications.
Qualifications
8+ years relevant experience in Technical Project Management, requiring specific technical knowledge to plan, organize, and control resources, procedures, and timing for a technical process or project including:
Developing detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports; conducting risk analysis and monitoring progress of plans against project milestones and budgets.
Providing technical and analytical guidance to the project team.




Ensuring adherence to quality standards and reviewing project deliverables.
Analyzing and documenting requirements by liaising with a range of users in the organization.
Conversational level of English; ability to participate in technical calls and other face-to-face meetings.
