An important company in the food industry is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist (AR Specialist) with a strong results-oriented mindset, analytical skills, and excellent follow-up abilities.
This position will be responsible for managing customer collections, account reconciliations, and ensuring healthy cash flow operations.
**Main Responsibilities**
- Manage and recover customer outstanding balances
- Follow up on payment discrepancies and pending invoices
- Perform accounts receivable reconciliations
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve billing or payment issues
- Prepare and present AR reports and collection KPIs
- Monitor and control overdue accounts
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Support continuous improvement within AR processes
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field




- Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable
- Experience managing customer portfolios and collections processes
- Knowledge of invoicing and account reconciliations
- Advanced Excel skills and ERP management
- English level: B2 - C1 (Intermediate-Advanced)
- Experience communicating with U.S.based suppliers and/or clients
- Availability to attend critical AR situations or month-end closings when required
- **English interview required**
