Description
An Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) Intern supports the organization’s day-to-day financial operations by assisting in the accurate recording and control of incoming and outgoing transactions.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the administration and control of raw material and finished product inventory, supporting identification of locations and improvement of the warehouse.

Identify and entry of locations into the system.

Capture components in the specified locations defined in the system.

Participate in physical inventory counts (cycle counts and total counts).

Handle all activities related to movements that affect inventory.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Basic Excel level and Oracle E1.

Initial formation
Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Scholarship
Bachelor’s degree student in business administration, accounting, or international business.

Languages
Basic English Spoken & Written.
