We are currently looking for a Team Lead (Full Stack) to lead a distributed engineering team delivering enterprise-grade applications and cloud-native solutions across general environments.

This role is ideal for a hands-on technical leader passionate about modern full-stack development, Agile delivery, DevOps, and AI-assisted engineering workflows.

What You’ll Do

Full-Stack Engineering

Design, develop, test, and support scalable full-stack applications using:
Java/J2EE
Spring MVC / REST APIs
Groovy
React or Angular
TypeScript

Build high-performance APIs and distributed microservices
Develop reusable UI components and modern front-end architectures
Improve platform performance, scalability, and maintainability

Technical Leadership & Team Management

Lead and mentor a team of Software Developers and QA Automation Engineers
Drive code quality, engineering standards, and delivery predictability
Conduct code reviews, pair programming, and technical coaching sessions
Support sprint planning, capacity management, and backlog prioritization
Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing engineering culture

AI-Driven Engineering Practices

Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and M365 Copilot
Implement agent-mode workflows to accelerate development, testing, documentation, and refactoring




Apply AI-driven insights to improve code quality, testing coverage, and PR review cycles
Support Spec Kit–driven development practices and AI-enabled SDLC optimization

Cloud, DevOps & Platform Engineering

Build and deploy cloud-native applications using Microsoft Azure
Contribute to CI/CD automation using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions
Containerize and orchestrate services with Docker and Kubernetes
Collaborate on observability, monitoring, and operational excellence initiatives

What We’re Looking For

6–9 years of software engineering experience
3+ years working with Java/J2EE ecosystems
2+ years leading teams or acting as a hands-on Tech Lead
Strong expertise with:
Java/J2EE
Spring Boot / REST APIs
React or Angular
TypeScript
Microservices architecture
SQL & NoSQL databases
Git workflows and CI/CD practices
Docker & Kubernetes
Microsoft Azure cloud services

Experience driving Agile/SAFe delivery practices and engineering governance
Strong communication, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills
Experience with AI-assisted engineering workflows is highly valued
