Position Overview
The Projects Engineer will drive planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects in line with corporate requirements and client specifications. Serving as a key liaison across engineering, manufacturing, and business teams, the successful candidate will ensure that project milestones are met on‑time, within scope, and within budget —while maintaining quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Define and manage project scope, objectives, and timelines

Allocate and track resources—human, technological, and financial

Utilize project planning tools (Gantt charts, KPIs, reporting)

Oversee cross‑functional teams and mentor project staff

Coordinate prototype builds, validation, and production launches

Identify and mitigate project risks and performance issues





Ensure adherence to ISO quality and manufacturing standards

Drive cost‑saving and efficiency‑improvement initiatives

Maintain transparent communication with all stakeholders

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s in Industrial, Mechanical, Electromechanical Engineering , or related

3–5 years of experience leading engineering or NPI/NPD projects

Strong skills in project management (budget, schedule, scope)

Understanding of electrical processes, metals, molding, and Lean

Proficient in reading engineering drawings and part cost estimation

Familiarity with financial analysis (P&L;)

Advanced English proficiency

Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills

Preferred Experience

Proficiency with SolidWorks, AutoCAD , or similar CAD tools

Knowledge of ISO systems and Lean manufacturing concepts

Prior exposure to electrical infrastructure or digital systems projects
