Overview The Production Coordinator is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are achieved. This role coordinates production activities, supervises personnel, and works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient workflow and on-time delivery.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate and supervise daily production activities.
Ensure production schedules are met according to customer demand.
Monitor KPIs such as productivity, efficiency, scrap, and downtime.
Lead and support production staff to achieve performance goals.
Coordinate with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Supply Chain departments.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company policies.
Identify process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency.




Prepare production reports and performance metrics for management.
Support audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or related field.
3+ years of experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
Previous experience supervising production teams.
Advanced English (written and verbal communication required).
Valid Laser Visa (Border Crossing Card) required.
Strong knowledge of production processes and KPI management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience with ERP systems preferred.
