Manage the introduction of new product processes, design production line layout, and achieve production capacity,
Cross departmental resource coordination and process improvement,Continuous improvement using Lean method to improve production line lying down rate, improve production line efficiency, and enhance product quality
Introduction of NPI new equipment, processes, and new products for mass production, including design improvement DFX suggestions during the preliminary review of new products
Familiar with the application and introduction of production automation, with experience in operating electronic product equipment such as Wave solder machine, automatic welding machines, automatic screw machines, dispensing machines, etc
Familiar with product SOP, Control Plan, and PFMEA, Analyze the causes of quality issues that occur in the product,



propose and take preventive improvement measures
Experience in Audio/EMS (PCBA electronic products) products or familiarity with ISO9000 is preferred
Provide product quotation services for customers (Labor)
Engineering Industrial/Electronics or related majors
At least 5 years of Production and Manufacture Engineer work experience in large-scale EMS or Audio, proficient in using Industrial Engineering method
Familiar with Painting process both of production and equipment (Wave solder machine, automatic welding machines, automatic screw machines, dispensing machines)
Fluent english
