Where You’ll Make a Difference

Enter pricing information into internal systems

Coordinate the shipment and follow‑up of product samples

Register and track customer complaints in internal systems

Create and update customer records

Support administrative activities related to sales processes

Follow up on internal requests with cross‑functional teams

Provide operational support to the commercial team

Maintain and update databases and records

Assist the team with general administrative and operational tasks

What Makes You The Right Fit

Active student in programs such as Food Science, Biotechnology, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, Business Administration, or Marketing

Availability to complete an internship program (6–12 months)

Intermediate English level (written and verbal communication)





Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis at a basic/intermediate level)

Ability to handle detailed administrative processes

Strong organizational and attention‑to‑detail skills

Effective communication abilities

Proactive mindset and willingness to learn

Previous academic or internship experience in administrative support
