Role's Mission
Key responsibilities
- Project planning: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Resource Management: Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths; plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
- Team Leadership: Direct and manage project development from beginning to end, including assigning tasks and responsibilities to team members and ensuring accountability.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets; monitor and report on the progress of the project to all stakeholders.
- Risk Management: Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, meeting the required quality standards.
- Stakeholder Communication: Build, develop,



and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project; effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of project management experience, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry.
- Proven experience in strategic planning, risk management, and change management.
- Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
Technical skills:
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau)
- Experience with project management systems (e.g., ASANA, Atlassian) is a plus.
Languages:
- Spanish
- English (advanced)
