In this relationship‐driven role, you'll connect with students who are curious about studying abroad and help them identify the program that best aligns with their academic goals, financial considerations, and personal interests.
Using both internal tools and external resources, you'll provide thoughtful, informed guidance while ensuring alignment with university partners and best practices in education abroad.
**What You'll Do**:
- Follow up on provided leads with proactive outreach to answer questions and recommend programs that fit each student's needs
- Partner closely with Program Managers and Regional Directors to support students with unique needs or complex situations
- Contribute to special projects, initiatives, and occasional data support as needed
**What We're Looking For**:
- A passion for student success and global learning
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Background in sales or advising (preferred, but not required)
- Study abroad, international research, teaching, or service‐learning experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service or student‐facing experience
- Solid knowledge of international education and study abroad programs
- Experience working on a U.S. college or university campus (a plus, but not required)
