we're not only driving innovation—we're also creating meaningful change for patients worldwide.Join our passionate team and be part of this global impact.The Sr.Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for developing and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure high product quality, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.This role requires strong collaboration across cross-functional teams, analytical capabilities, and the ability to lead technical initiatives in a regulated manufacturing environment.Your ResponsibilitiesDevelop and improve manufacturing processes for new and existing productsDesign layouts, production lines, fixtures, and poka-yokes to optimize operationsLead process validation activities, including protocol development, execution, and reportingSupport troubleshooting and root cause analysis for manufacturing issuesDrive continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost reduction, quality, and efficiencyCollaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure process consistency and complianceDevelop and maintain manufacturing documentation (work instructions, procedures, validation reports)Support change control processes and implementation of validated improvementsLead rework process development and associated documentation (protocols, PFMEA,
