We’re looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to join our Bogotá team (almost remote — but we love to meet and have fun together from time to time ). What you’ll do: Combine platform standards (Material 3 + Apple HIG) with product strategy Design native i OS/Android UI that’s scalable, intuitive, and beautiful Contribute to and maintain solid design systems Work alongside developers, PMs, and stakeholders with clarity and collaboration Deliver pixel-perfect flows, interactions, prototypes, and documentation Design inclusive, accessible, and user-centered experiences backed by insights What we’re looking for: 4+ years as a UX/UI Designer (2+ years designing native mobile apps) Experience in banking , fintech , or financial services (nice to have) Knowledge of Figma, Zeroheight, Notion, Jira, and Confluence like a pro Experience with U.
