We are seeking a detail-oriented Product Data Specialist to support our Breakers and Motor Management product portfolios as part of our Breakers League. This role is critical to ensuring high-quality product data while also contributing to pricing, analytics, and digital enablement initiatives that support marketing and business growth.
What will you do?
Maintain and manage product master data across ERP, PIM, and digital systems
Support full product lifecycle management (NPI, updates, end-of-life)
Perform data validation, audits, and quality checks
Contribute to offer data standardization and master data structures
Support digitalization of product and offer data, developing, collecting and organizing digital assets
Lead and support development of pricing data dashboards
Deploy and help manage tools and platforms that process product data
Enhance product data for digital catalogs and eCommerce platforms
Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing teams to enhance data quality

Product Launch — intermediate level; managing the full lifecycle from planning through execution and post-launch analysis
Customer Journey Mapping — intermediate level; designing touchpoints that align with customer needs throughout the launch
Product Knowledge — intermediate level; understanding offer features and benefits to inform positioning and messaging
Project Management — intermediate level; coordinating timelines, resources, and deliverables across multiple teams
Stakeholder Management — intermediate level; building alignment and managing expectations with internal and external partners
Customer Orientation — intermediate level; ensuring launch strategies are grounded in customer insights and feedback
Go To Market Strategy — developing level; crafting market entry plans that drive adoption and growth
Time-to-Market Strategy — developing level; optimizing launch timelines to balance speed with quality and readiness

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
+5 years of relevant experience
Advanced English Level
Experience with ERP/PIM systems
Strong Excel skills
Desirable Experience with BI and Tableau
Familiarity with SAP or similar systems
Exposure to electrical or industrial products
Strong attention to detail
Analytical thinking
Collaboration skillsProblem-solving mindset
