Job Title Comm Scope is looking to add a Doctor to join our team in Praderas Plant in Juarez Chih., Mex. This position is to work in the 1st shift . How You'll Help Us Connect the World Direct occupational health programs and supervises the epidemiological surveillance of exposed workers. Assists in the detection of risk and management of injured staff. Education and Experience Required Medical Degree (Valid professional degree and license) 1-2 years of experience as a Doctor in manufacturing industry Current CPR course Positive attitude, kind treatment with people Duties & Responsibilities Symptomatic care, emergency care, scheduled health campaigns and monthly talks, monitoring and control of chronic degenerative diseases, family planning, prenatal care, breastfeeding Epidemiological Surveillance Programs for POE, Analysis and Ergonomic Studies, Control and Prevention of Work Risk Active participation in resolution of accidents Attention Audit Coespris, Cofepris, Profepa and STPS Management papers of occupational work risk ST7, ST9, ST4, ST2 and unique format of occupational work risk of STPS Development of a health and safety situational program Preparation of new medical examinations and periodic medical examinations Monitoring and collaboration in the BASC-CTPAT program Provide training in first aid, risk of blood pathogens,
lifting of loads among others that marks the normativity Continuous audit of cafeteria processes according to regulations Review and monitoring of daily cafeteria audits by the nursing department Implementation and development of Physical Rehabilitation program Performance of job analysis for personnel with different capacities Supervision of preparation of medication requisition, healing material and supplies Realization of health fair Understanding and following the requirements of the EHS Policy, Standards, and relevant facility and operations EHS Occupational Health Knowledge / Occupational Health Diploma Skills Audit experience of OSHAS 18001 Use Office, Tress System, SAP Extended knowledge of the Federal Labor Law and Regulations of the IMSS Knowledge in Hygienic Food Handling Teamwork Effective communication with operational and administrative staff Professional ethics and medical confidentiality Why Comm Scope Comm Scope is on a quest to deliver connectivity that empowers how we live, work, and learn.
