Provide administrative and operational support to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to training documentation across all manufacturing plants in Mexico.
Maintain accurate training records within required government platforms.
Support plant and regional teams in meeting legal and corporate standards.
Ensure all training activities are properly documented and auditable.
Coordinate with plant-level teams across Mexico (3 plants) to ensure timely submission of training records, follow up on gaps, and maintain consistent compliance practices.
Prepare and organize training documentation for internal and external audits.
Provide guidance to site teams on documentation requirements, processes, and use of regulatory platforms.
Qualifications
Minimum of a High School Diploma or Technical Certificate or Associate degree
Demonstrated skill in attention to detail and organizational skills
Demonstrated skill in clear verbal and written communication processes.
Demonstrated skill to follow defined processes and standards with the ability to ensure audit readiness across multiple sites.
Demonstrated skill to manage routine tasks and meet deadlines
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Read/write and speak proficiently in English. Additional languages are a plus due to the general scope of the role.
