Aerospace company requires SOURSING ENGINEER
Chinese company located in Logistik II
· Key Responsibilities:
Analyze raw materials and auxiliary supplies to define the most effective sourcing strategy.
Conduct market analysis and monitor material price trends to support strategic purchasing decisions.
Ensure procurement of goods at the best cost, terms, and quality required by internal stakeholders.
Develop new suppliers to strengthen supply chain resilience, competitiveness, and risk mitigation.
Maintain long-term pricing agreements and strategic relationships with current suppliers.
Monitor material performance to identify issues or disadvantages and implement corrective actions.
Track supplier performance through KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Develop, negotiate, formalize, and manage:
Supplier contracts
Quality agreements
Technical agreements
Supplier code of conduct compliance




Evaluate and develop suppliers to ensure reliability, quality, and alignment with company standards.
Maintain and continuously improve a qualified and competitive supplier base.

Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of experience(minimum) in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain within aerospace or precision manufacturing environments.
Strong knowledge of metal commodities (e.g., aluminum, steel, superalloys) and casting processes (investment casting, sand casting) as well as CNC machining.
Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and supplier management tools.-Requerimientos- Educación mínima: Educación superior - Licenciatura
