The role of the Front Desk Receptionist
Respond to a wide variety of the guest requests by accurately assessing the needs and offering personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.

Essential Functions

Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible

Resolves guest complaints

Assists in all inquiries in connection with hotel services

Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner, making recommendations based on local knowledge and residential practices

Knowledge and Skills
Education: High school education or equivalent experience

Experience:

One to three years of experience in a luxury environment

Prior experience in Guest Experience or Rooms department is highly desirable

Skills and Abilities:

Knowledge of computer equipment operation

Ability to read, speak, and write English and Spanish

Understanding and familiarity with quality standards and service standards of the hotel

Highest level of integrity and transparency

Apply an ethical approach to outcomes of situations





Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills

Reasonable problem‐solving, decision‑making and conflict resolution skills

Work in a safe, prudent and organized manner
