**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a talented team of software engineers.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance engineering culture.
- Plan, prioritize, and manage engineering projects and tasks.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, well-documented software products.
- Provide technical guidance and ensure best practices in software development.
- Monitor and report on performance metrics.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of software development experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong technical background, preferably in the oil and gas industry or industrial B2B software.
- Proven experience with project management and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Reside in Hermosillo, Sonora, or be willing to relocate.
- Fluent in English (100%).
