Position Summary: As a Technical Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of software projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, and leading a team of dedicated professionals in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate development teams to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
Serve as a liaison between technical teams and DevOps specialists to optimize software integration and deployment processes.
Conduct detailed code reviews and maintain high standards in software design and function.
Foster an environment of continuous improvement and innovation within the technology department.
Oversee quality assurance, including testing protocols and frameworks, to ensure software reliability and performance.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science,



Engineering, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role within the software industry.
Strong project management skills and experience with Agile methodologies.
Proficiency in PHP, javascript and software architecture principles.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and leadership skills.
