- Accurately record all donor information in our system.
- Handle incoming calls with strict adherence to our quality standards, ensuring each interaction is positive and informative.
- Deliver accurate and thorough information to donors, assessing their needs to fulfill their requests effectively.
- Maintain a confident, helpful, and empathetic approach in all communications.
**Qualifications**:
- **Advanced English proficiency is essential.

- Preferred 1+ years of experience in a similar customer service role.
- Familiarity with legal terms and jargon is a plus, but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to forge connections easily.
- Confident communicator who consistently receives positive feedback.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong commitment to learning and growth.
- Excellent spelling, grammar,



and quick learning abilities to contribute efficiently.
- Emotional intelligence to remain composed under pressure and when handling difficult clients.
- Strong computer skills, including the ability to type 30+ words per minute in a Windows environment.
- Reliable and committed to maintaining a perfect attendance record.
**Schedule Options**:
- **Morning Shift**:Start between 6:00 am and 8:00 am, working 9 hours per day with **3 days off per week** (including Sundays).
**Salary**: $3,360.
- **Mid-Day Shift**: Start between 9:00 am and 11:00 am, working 9 hours per day with **3 days off per week** (including Sundays).
