Job Description The role works closely with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions, maintain quality documentation, support process improvements, ensure compliance with automotive quality requirements, and promote a culture of operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Requirements Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 14001.
Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC).
Internal Auditor certification.
GD&T; interpretation.
Customer Specific Requirements (Ford, GM, Toyota, Tesla, etc.).
Problem-solving methodologies (5 Why, 8D, A3).
PPAP knowledge.
Measurement instruments.
Project Management.
Leadership and people management.
Advanced English.
Responsibilities Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and customer-specific requirements.
Coordinate and support internal, external, certification, and customer audits.
Monitor and ensure the effective implementation and closure of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Develop, review, and control quality system documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and records.
Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements (CSRs) and applicable regulatory standards.
Prepare and analyze QMS performance metrics and present results during Management Review meetings.
Provide training and guidance to employees on Quality Management System requirements and quality standards.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of the QMS.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with quality requirements throughout the organization.
Support certification, surveillance, and recertification activities while ensuring ongoing compliance with quality standard.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Quality Engineering or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in Automotive Quality Management Systems.
Proven experience maintaining and improving IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 management systems.
Experience coordinating internal, external, and customer audits.
Strong knowledge of Automotive Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, MSA, SPC, Control Plan).
Experience leading Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) and Root Cause Analysis (8D, 5 Why, A3).
Experience managing quality documentation, procedures, work instructions, and document control.
Knowledge of Customer Specific Requirements (CSR).
Experience supporting new product launches (APQP) and engineering changes.
Strong understanding of process audits, product audits, and layered process audits.
Experience monitoring and analyzing Quality KPIs and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
Knowledge of Risk Management, FMEA, and preventive quality methodologies.
Knowledge of Risk Management, FMEA, and preventive quality methodologies.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams, customers, suppliers, and production personnel.
Experience in the automotive manufacturing environment.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision‑making skills.
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Advanced English (written and spoken).
