Talent Acquisition Specialist Remote | Latin America (LATAM Only)

Important Requirements
This opportunity is open only to candidates located in Latin America (LATAM).

Advanced English is required , as you'll work directly with U.S. clients and conduct interviews in English.
What You'll Do Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing through offer stage.
Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
Conduct initial interviews in English and represent Ground Game professionally with candidates and U.S. clients.
Evaluate candidates' experience, English proficiency, communication skills, and overall fit.
Present qualified candidates to hiring managers with clear recommendations.
Coordinate interviews and maintain excellent candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and idóneo candidate profiles.
Provide market insights on compensation, candidate availability, and hiring trends across LATAM.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future openings.
Keep accurate candidate records in the ATS.
Ensure an outstanding candidate experience through timely follow-up.
Manage multiple open roles across different clients and U.S. time zones.
Track recruiting activity and help the team achieve hiring goals.




Requirements 2–3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
Experience recruiting across Latin America for U.S.-based companies or clients.
Advanced written and spoken English.
Ability to confidently interview candidates and communicate with U.S. hiring managers.
Experience sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms.
Strong interviewing, screening, and candidate assessment skills.
Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up.
Ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment.
Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
Nice to Have Experience recruiting SDRs, Account Executives, or other sales professionals.
Experience hiring for technical, administrative, corporate, or professional services roles.
Experience working with remote or international teams.
Familiarity with recruiting metrics, pipeline management, and hiring best practices.
