Where You’ll Make a Difference Manage end-to-end order management process, from order entry to delivery
Process and maintain customer orders in SAP (order entry, invoicing, credits, returns)
Handle purchase orders, credit/debit notes and customer requests
Maintain communication with customers, including US stakeholders (written communication)
Partner with internal teams (Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance) to ensure timely delivery
Monitor order status and proactively resolve issues
Use Salesforce and reporting tools to manage customer interactions and track cases
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive follow-up and issue resolution
What Makes You The Right Fit Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade or related
2–3 years of experience in Customer Service / Order Management
Experience with SAP (order entry, invoicing, credits/debits)
Knowledge of Salesforce or CRM systems
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
English B2+ (written and spoken)




Strong communication skills with international stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
How Would You Stand Out? Experience in food ingredients, chemical or pharmaceutical industry
Knowledge of order-to-cash or supply chain processes
Strong problem-solving and customer-oriented mindset
