As an Epic Resolute Professional Billing Team Lead , you will play a key role in driving healthcare transformation projects, working closely with integral teams, clients, and technology experts.

You will:

Lead analysis and documentation of current and future-state business workflows

Design and optimize billing processes within Epic Resolute

Translate business needs into functional specifications and system configurations

Collaborate with project managers, architects, and cross-functional teams

Support testing cycles (UAT, performance, and product testing)

Act as a bridge between client stakeholders and technical teams

Contribute to system implementation, upgrades, and optimization initiatives

Ensure high-quality delivery aligned with client expectations

Proven +1 experience as an Epic Resolute Professional Billing Sr. Analyst or Team Lead

Epic Resolute Professional Billing Certification (required)
