**Responsibilities**
- Procure parts and materials at negotiated rate
- Primarily responsible for the final results of the Department
- Develop a supply and production plan to ensure timely delivery to our customers
- Create and monitor the performance of the purchasing strategy
- Oversee and support our purchasing staff
- Inventory control
- Reduce costs
- Prepare monthly reports of purchases, storage and receipt of materials
- Report to the direct boss of progress in this area
**Qualifications**
- Strong negotiation skills
- 2 years of purchasing experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
