- Is the source of processes, raw mat and product knowledge inside and outside the team
- Runs full feasibility exercises on project proposals (technical, financial, resource, timing, capex, opex,) in collaboration with R&D;, Quality, Finance and Procurement
- Scale up the production process via plant trials, according to changes in raw materials or components, and process parameters to ensure quality is maintained during large-scale production
- Improve yelds by reducing costs, e.g. investigating alternative materials according to masterspecs or new machinery to improve efficiency and quality in bottlenecks area
- Devise test methods to assess the production process
- Validate new processes and show that they are an improvement
- Collaborate with R&D; to product pipelines at various stages of development
- Develop process specifications, and ensure compliance with the finished product specifications
- Advise on equipment modification to enable process changes for new product development
- Read and write technical reports and specifications, maintaining appropriate records
- Initiate and generate ideas based on reading and research
- Reports status and roadblocks on monthly base or presents a deep dive for specific occasions
- Set up regular recurring connects with R&D; and Quality to provide precise info on project status enabling an accurate forecasting
- Coaches, leads, and grows the team in order to met the plan.
- Pursue assigned objectives by complying with the Code of Ethics, the bribery prevention system, Model 231 and all applicable company regulations
- Promptly reporting to its manager,



to relevant business functions and to Compliance Function any issues that may inhibit the pursuit of its objectives and/or the proper execution of its activities for the ISO ***** system
Experiência y requisitos
Educational:
- Higher education degree or equivalent experience preferably related to Product/Process Development
- A first experience in R&D;, Engineering or Project Management is an asset
- Knowledge about raw materials, product, production processes, market
- Excellent English (oral + written) is mandatory.
**Experience**:
- Minimum of 5 years in R&D; or Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years in hygiene, nonwoven or related business.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a multi-cultural, international environment.
- Solid knowledge about all types of disposable absorbent products, raw materials, and production processes.
Competencies:
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work on several tasks or projects concurrently
- Self-dependent and scientific way of working
- Strong decision-making ability and results oriented
- Problem solving skills, analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills.
