AutoVanish is an automotive broker operating in California, USA. We help people sell their car: the customer gets an instant online offer, and we manage the deal through our network of buyers — quote, negotiation, paperwork, and pickup logistics — until the seller gets paid. We're growing and looking for talent to join our Tijuana team.

What you’ll do
No cold calling. You’ll work with customers who already reached out asking for a quote on their car. Your job is to close the deal:

Follow up by phone with leads who requested an offer on our website

Walk customers through the process and answer their questions (offer, paperwork, title, delivery)

Negotiate and close the deal between seller and buyer

Manage each deal end to end: coordinate paperwork, timelines, and delivery logistics with all parties

Track your pipeline and log activity in our system

What we’re looking for

Proven sales experience (phone sales, call center,



automotive, or similar)

Advanced conversational English — your customers are in the U.S. (required)

A closer’s mindset: commissions and results motivate you

Strong communication, follow-up, and organization skills

Available to work on-site in Tijuana

No driver’s license or visa required — all work is done from our office.

What we offer

$15,000 MXN guaranteed monthly base + uncapped commissions on every closed deal

Fixed schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am – 3:00 pm — your afternoons are yours

Optional weekend shifts with extra pay, if you’re available
