Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and configure new interfaces between in house system and third-party systems (e.g., laboratory, pharmacy, radiology, billing).

Monitor and troubleshoot interface message flows to ensure data accuracy and timely delivery.

Analyze business and clinical requirements to translate them into technical interface specifications.

Collaborate with clinical and technical teams to test, validate, and deploy interfaces in production environments.

Perform proactive monitoring, maintenance,



and upgrades of interface engines.

Document interface configurations, data flow diagrams, and change management activities.

Provide on-call support and participate in integration testing cycles during project go-lives.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, BioMedical or a related field.

Minimum of 0 – 2 years of experience in systems integration within a healthcare environment.

Proficiency in System integrations and familiarity with interface monitoring tools and log analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

Working knowledge of network protocols , data mapping , and message transformation .

Exposure to healthcare interoperability standards such as FHIR or X12.

1+ year using HL7 standards for integration work, preferably with CorePoint, Rhapsody, Cloverleaf, IRIS/HealthShare, or other common integration engines.
