This role will be responsible for job evaluations, compensation benchmarking, variable compensation calculations, global mobility support, and maintaining compensation structures aligned with market practices within the automotive and industrial manufacturing secto

roles.Experience within the automotive, metal-mechanical, manufacturing, or industrial s

ectors.Experience working in global or multinational manufacturing organiz

ations.Strong expertise in job evaluation and compensation benchmarking methodo

logies.Experience supporting compensation programs in both Mexico and the United
