POSITION SUMMARY
Lead and manage sales strategies across assigned regional accounts, developing commercial strategies to achieve sales and margin objectives.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Achieve targeted sales (amount and quantity) and net profit objectives for assigned accounts, negotiating prices, volumes, and trade terms with customers.

Manage relationships with current and prospective customers through regular face-to-face meetings and presentations to support channel expansion and sales growth plans.

Develop a deep understanding of consumer and customer behavior, as well as overall business dynamics, to identify opportunities and strengthen channel development.

Plan and lead campaigns and promotional activities in coordination with internal and external teams, ensuring proper and timely execution.

Monitor key customer indicators, including sales and margin performance, accounts receivable, on-time delivery, competitor activities, and market prices, to identify action plans and implement corrective measures to achieve targets.

Prepare and maintain sales forecasts for assigned accounts to ensure timely order fulfillment and healthy inventory levels, proactively proposing actions for slow-moving products.

Act as an internal advocate for customers,



ensuring service level commitments are met while delivering an excellent customer experience and fostering strong relationships across the organization.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Education

3-5 years of experience in sales-related roles.

Experience in the Home Appliances or Consumer Electronics industry is preferred.

Degree and Language

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

English proficiency preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

Ability to work under pressure and achieve results.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Strong leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Ability to travel as needed.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
