If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.## Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a **Project Manager** located in **Guadalajara, North.**Reporting to the Director, Program Management, Project Manager role will be Responsible for managing projects of medium complexity in order to meet performance indicators (cost, delivery, quality, etc.) of a specific organization.**What a typical day looks like:*** Establish project schedule, financial parameters, and technical requirements, managing project from initiation through transfer.* Communicate customer requirements, specifications, project schedule, and budget constraints to cross-functional teams, including engineers, senior management, and consultants.* Review daily production schedule and identify problem areas.* Assess causes of problems and provide technical support and direction to project team to resolve issues.* Develop status reports, including project financials, ensuring project team is meeting customer requirements and measuring cost control.* Maintain project plan documents, procedures,



and project deliverables.* Conduct presentations of technical information concerning specific projects/schedules, etc.* Assist in the management of larger projects/programs.* Provide advice to lower-level Project/Product Managers to achieve goals in accordance with established policies.* Recommend changes to policies which may affect subordinate organization(s).* Interact frequently with customers and/or functional peer group managers. May interact with senior management; frequently interact with middle management and professionals.**The experience we’re looking to add to our team:*** BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience* Experience managing multiple customers or accounts simultaneously in a manufacturing environment.* Strong financial acumen, including solid understanding of P&L;, cost control, budget tracking, and project financial impact.* Direct customer-facing experience, with the ability to drive project discussions, present updates, negotiate priorities, and manage expectations.* Experience working with general and cross-functional teams, coordinating stakeholders across operations, engineering, logistics, finance, and customer teams* Knowledge of CAPEX projects, including investment planning, equipment/facility readiness,
