Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Analyst to join our Center of Excellence supporting the Air, LCL, and FCL products. This role plays a key part in delivering standardized financial reporting, supporting core planning cycles, and providing data-driven insights to enable decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and planning processes across Air, LCL, and FCL, including weekly forecasts and MPM deliverables.
- Prepare and maintain recurring financial reports, tracking revenue, cost, and gross profit performance; analyze variances versus plan and prior periods, identifying key drivers and flagging risks and opportunities.
- Assist the monthly close process, including validation of revenue and cost recognition, reconciliations, and escalation of discrepancies.
- Monitor key financial hygiene metrics and ensure consistency across systems and reports; resolve data gaps and improve data reliability.
- Collaborate with Product and Operations teams to gather inputs, support analysis, and contribute to understanding performance drivers, risks, and opportunities.
- Enhance reporting frameworks and performance tracking; identify opportunities to standardize, simplify, or automate processes within the CoE.
- Partner with general and regional finance teams to align on reporting outputs, insights, and best practices; support preparation of monthly performance materials and presentations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting,
or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in finance, reporting, or analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Cargowise; experience with BI tools is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to work with large datasets and standardized processes.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
