As a Materials Contract Administration Analyst , you'll support procurement operations across the United States and Canada , collaborating daily with international stakeholders and developing expertise in global business processes.

What You’ll Do

As part of our Procurement team, you will:

- Create, maintain, and update Direct Materials contracts in SAP.
- Ensure contract data accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Track contract renewals and support the contract lifecycle.
- Validate master data and contract documentation.
- Partner with Category Managers and business stakeholders across North America.
- Support reporting, governance, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree (or expected graduation) in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, Administration, or a related field.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Analytical mindset and willingness to learn.
- Experience with SAP or procurement processes is a plus—but not required.
