**Overview.

**Responsibilities**.
- Support and maintain an enterprise information model.
- Define and implement initiatives to improve information homologation and standardization.
- Identify and implement opportunities to extract valuable information that can enhance business KPIs.
- Collaborate with other teams to make data available for dashboards, mathematical models, data science, and business use.
- Engage in high-level conversations with project leaders from IT and business departments.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to team members.
**Qualifications.
**
- Fluent English.
- Academic background: Bachelor's Degree in Analytics or a related field, with 3+ years of experience in digital adoption or similar areas.
- Expertise in backend data modeling with strong SQL skills.
- Familiarity with data profiling to ensure backend data accuracy.
- Knowledge of R, Matlab, Python, or similar tools is beneficial but not mandatory.




- Experience in working with big data and making it accessible for visualization and analysis.
- Proficiency in software for data collection and presentation, advanced Excel capabilities, and knowledge of statistical programming.
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and time management skills.
- Highly self-motivated, engaged, and comfortable managing uncertainty.
- Desirable: Experience in digital tools and process & IT analytics.
**Education**
- Bachelor's Degree in Analytics or a related field.
