**Responsibilities**:
- Act as a strategic partner to the leadership team, providing HR guidance and support.
- Lead and execute all aspects of the HR lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with Mexican labor laws.
- Manage and oversee payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
- Drive organizational development initiatives to enhance employee engagement, growth, and productivity.
- Handle labor relations matters and work to maintain a positive working environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR strategies with business goals.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a must.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) or HR Generalist.




- Strong background in organizational development, recruitment, payroll, and labor relations.
- Familiarity with Mexican labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of integrity and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
