Professional with bilingual (Spanish/English), software skills and Customer service speciallist in Quality information to upload document requests to the customer's portals.
Chemist, Chemical Engineer, QFB, Food Enginer or similar.
Document customer's portals as (but not limited to):
- Local Certifications or from all regions where we bring ingredients (ISO ****, ISO *****, FSSC *****, True TRACE, etc.).
- Quality Documentation - Completing questionaires requested and quality manual reviews.
- Manage Ingredion's portals and Ingredion's customer's web site.
- Working collaboratively with AM, manufacturing, quality, and customer service groups to addressed customer requests.
- Well understanding of our products and manufacturing sites




- Collaborating with other Integral and local members of the Quality, sales and manufacture team to get information.
- Working with Account Managers to ensure requests are complete and prioritized as needed.
- Serve as the primary documental contact to account managers and key account managers, maintaining organizational focus on document issues and its priorities.
- Regulations - Basic knowledge of governmental regulations and their impact on the Company.
- Attend trainings thet bring our customer to fullfill their platforms.
