**Part-Time Accounts Payable**
Bay Management Group currently has an opening in our corporate office for a part-time Accounts Payable Specialist.
You must be willing to learn more and help the team as needed.
Our company is growing rapidly, and the roles responsibilities will evolve over time.
If change does not come easy to you, this role will not be a good fit for you.
**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**
- Education: High School Diploma, with college degree preferred
- Experience: 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
- Attention to detail
- Ability to manage a high volume of bills daily
- Ability to adapt to change fast
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Excel competency **required**
- Computer literacy to include Outlook, Adobe, and ability to adapt to new software programs
- AppFolio experience is preferred, but not required
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**




- Enter approved bills into AppFolio for payment
- Load work orders in PandaDoc for approval to pay
- Research and respond to vendor inquiries (unpaid balances owed)
- Charge late fees multiple times per month in AppFolio
- Assist with variousbillings in AppFolio
- Manage check lists of what to charge owners that terminate property management contract
- Assist with variousaudits and accounting tasks as needed
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Pay: $****** per hour
