Job Purpose

Ensure customer orders are accurate and serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding order status communication, order‑related issues, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive customer information and update orders accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with delivery policies.
- Communicate customer requirements to the Production Control department on the customer's behalf.
- Request the timely shipment of available finished goods inventory.
- Provide customers with timely feedback regarding the status of their orders.
- Enter, cancel, and expedite orders.
- Act as the company's official representative in maintaining effective communication and a positive working relationship with all customers, continuously striving to improve those relationships.
- Keep Management informed of existing or potential issues that could prevent the timely delivery of customer orders.
- Actively participate in the Annual Physical Inventory.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, International Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- One year or more of experience in a similar position.




- Knowledge of manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
- Proficient in English.
