Descripción y detalle de las actividades
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the entire plant to ensure products are produced and delivered to the customer on time while operating at the highest efficiency possible.
- Motivate employees to maintain production and quality standards by establishing measures of tracking performance and setting individual and team goals.
- Make sure all production employees have the necessary tools to complete their work correctly and in a timely manner.
- Monitor operations and processes and trigger corrective actions as needed.
- Communicate any potential late orders to the Production Control Manager and assist in developing new dates and timelines as needed.
- Ensure safety and efficiency of the facility.
- Work with engineers and assist in identifying and implementing continuous improvement strategies.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and guidance to employees ensuring all policies and procedures are being followed.
- Analyze workforce requirements and recruit and hire as needed.
- Monitor equipment and minimize lapses in production due to equipment failure.
- Monitor facility and communicate any problems to the maintenance department.
- Stay up to date with latest production management best practices and concepts.
- Assist other members of the company in other tasks as deemed necessary by direct supervisor or management.
- All work will be performed according to Company policies and standards, as well as in the spirit of the Company's Core Values culture and Strategic Objectives.
- All proprietary Company information will be held as strictly confidential inside and outside the Company.
- Manager will be notified, within reasonable time frame,



of any issues that cannot be resolved or deadline that cannot be met.
- All communication, both internal and external, will be addressed in a timely manner.
- Maintain a customer-focused approach to all strategic decisions.
- Assessments will be based on the Core Values of the company culture and focus will be on performance and results.
- Support all units, departments and divisions when needed
Experiência y requisitos
- Experience in korean industry -Valid VISA - Experience in RBA - Experience in municipal environmental procedures.
- Start new companies from scratch and maintain good communication and service to customers.
- knowledge of plastic injection processes -Proactive communicator.
- Bilingual - English and Spanish.
- Must be able to travel to and from USA headquarters.
- Detail oriented with strong communication, organizational and follow-up skills.
- Able to work effectively in an environment where tact, respect, and decisiveness are required for success.
- Ability to interact with multiple departments and multi-task with ease.
- Thorough understanding and belief in lean principles.
- Computer savvy with typical software programs - e.g. Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Enthusiastic self-starter who can thrive in a fast paced environment.
- Self-sufficient, strong work ethic, and self-motivated.
