The Community Development Manager provides full leadership and supervisory responsibility.

Full supervisory responsibility, ensuring motivation and development of team through professional leadership to include duties such as performance evaluation, compensation, hiring, disciplinary and terminations as well as direction of daily tasks and responsibilities.
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate the development of content and training strategies that allow the continuous updating and consolidation of the educational offer through the promotion of the financial and economic culture between the different segments of the population.
- Coordinate the design and implementation of the educational strategies of the area for the promotion of the financial and economic culture.
- Coordinate the detection of needs, the design and implementation, as well as the social and educational approach to update and innovate the educational offer, according to the different segments of the population.
- Design and actuate the strategies and methodologies of classroom training,
direct and in cascade to ensure the development of financial and economic skills in children, young people and adults, business people, entrepreneurs and organizations of civil society, in favor of their welfare.
- Design and/or validation of the content for materials, training and channels of knowledge offers to contribute to personal welfare, family and community.
- Design and consolidate models of intervention toward: children, young people, adults, entrepreneurs and business, collaborators and clients
**Qualifications**:
- Min 5-8 years of relevant experience
**Education**:
- Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience

Responsible for the attention or service to the public that visit the Foro,
both on the visit of different halls that make it up as well as the courses and activities that take place inside the venue.
Through the different proposals of mediation, approaching the visitor, is responsible for the organization, planning and implementation of the activities, courses, trainings and evaluations that the mediator must undertake and approve in order to ensure that the visitor has a personalize, truthful and excellent attention (informed, substantiated and verified
