Lighting, furniture, and jewelry design and manufacturing company seeking expansion is looking for: Account Executive

Position Objective

- Provide personalized, clear, and timely service to IM-PG clients through various contact channels, efficiently resolving inquiries, requests, and consultations while ensuring a positive experience in every interaction.

Main Responsibilities

- Meet sales targets (monthly and by brand)
- Maintain a steady flow of prospects and opportunities
- Convert leads into clients
- Provide professional, clear, and timely service to clients and the work team
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the entire process
- Keep the client and order database updated and organized
- Ensure orders are processed correctly, from sale to delivery
- Verify that order details are accurate
- Keep clients informed about the status of their orders
- Validate final payments and confirm details before shipping orders
- Prepare quotes and invoicing (QB)
- Follow commercial and operational guidelines

Position Profile

- Completed or incomplete degree in Interior Design, Industrial Design,



or Business
- CRM and Microsoft Office 365 proficiency
- Project Management tools experience
- Intermediate‑advanced English (Required)
- Experience with e‑commerce platforms, websites, and social media for customer service and sales closing
- Knowledge of invoicing software (QuickBooks) desirable
- Experience in sales and customer service across multiple channels (inbound and outbound)
- Post‑sale follow‑up and client portfolio management
- Experience handling multiple brands
- Experience in shipping quotes, order logistics coordination, and billing processes desirable
- Advanced English proficiency (Required)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, ERP systems (Odoo), Shopify, 1stDibs (desirable), Project Management (ClickUp, desirable), QuickBooks (desirable)
- Monthly salary of $15,000 MXN
- Variable commission structure
- Weekly payments
- Monday to Friday schedule, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Fridays until 4:00 PM)
