As an Epic Resolute Professional Billing Team Lead , you will play a key role in driving healthcare transformation projects, working closely with general teams, clients, and technology experts.

Responsibilities

- Lead analysis and documentation of current and future‑state business workflows
- Design and optimize billing processes within Epic Resolute
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and system configurations
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and cross‑functional teams
- Support testing cycles (UAT, performance, and product testing)
- Act as a bridge between client stakeholders and technical teams
- Contribute to system implementation, upgrades, and optimization initiatives
- Ensure high‑quality delivery aligned with client expectations

Qualifications

- Proven +1 experience as an Epic Resolute Professional Billing Sr. Analyst or Team Lead
- Epic Resolute Professional Billing Certification (required)
