Responsibilities:Need someone with a really creative mindEdit short-form social media content (Instagram reels, TikTok, stories, etc.) with a strong sense of pacing, energy, and audience engagement.Edit longer-form, story-driven videos that are polished, thoughtfully structured, and emotionally resonant.Collaborate closely with our creative team (based in the U.S.) to interpret direction, refine ideas, and deliver high-quality content.Maintain consistent quality, branding, and style across all outputs.Manage video assets and ensure organized project files for efficient workflows.Qualifications:Proven experience editing a wide range of video formats, from short-form reels to long-form narrative content.Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro and After EffectsStrong storytelling instincts and an eye for design, pacing, and flow.Excellent communication skills and a proactive, positive attitude.Ability to work independently while being highly responsive to creative feedback.Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
