Sales Training Manager (APAC) –based in CHINA
Our client is one of the Top General Software Vendors.
They are seeking for an experienced Sales Training Manager to train and coach their APAC sales teams on how to improve their quality of their account and pipeline planning.
Responsibilities:
Raise the standard of sales teams on account planning and pipeline management
Teach sales team on effectively using of account management tool
Train sales teams think out of the box and formulate account strategies to add more values and close deals faster
Cover APAC region including Greater China, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Thailand and India
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above
At least 5 years of experience in selling IT solution to enterprise accounts
Completed formal account/ sales planning courses
Experience in using sales management software (e.g. Revegy)
Ability to coach and train the sales team
Willing to travel (around 30%) in APAC
Strong communication skills in both verbal and written English and Mandarin
