Job Description

Resumen del Puesto: En CROWN Envases México, S.A. de C.V., el Auxiliar Lavadora es responsable de operar y mantener equipos de lavado industrial, asegurando la limpieza y el saneamiento de envases y componentes según los estándares de calidad y seguridad.

Responsibilities

- Operar máquinas lavadoras industriales de acuerdo con los procedimientos operativos estándar.
- Cargar y descargar envases y componentes en las lavadoras de manera eficiente y segura.
- Monitorear el proceso de lavado, ajustando parámetros como temperatura, presión y tiempo según sea necesario.
- Realizar inspecciones visuales para asegurar la limpieza adecuada de los productos lavados.
- Reportar cualquier mal funcionamiento o anomalía en el equipo a su supervisor inmediato.
- Realizar el mantenimiento preventivo básico de las lavadoras (limpieza, lubricación, etc.).
- Mantener un área de trabajo limpia y organizada.
- Cumplir con todas las normas de seguridad y salud ocupacional de la empresa.
- Colaborar con el equipo para optimizar los tiempos y procesos de lavado.
- Seguir las instrucciones del supervisor para cualquier tarea adicional relacionada con la operación de lavado.

Qualificaciones

- Educación secundaria completa (deseable).
- Experiencia previa en operación de maquinaria industrial o en entornos de manufactura (deseable, no indispensable).




- Capacidad para trabajar de pie durante períodos prolongados y levantar objetos de peso moderado.
- Destreza manual y atención al detalle.
- Habilidad para seguir instrucciones orales y escritas.
- Disposición para trabajar en horario rotativo si es necesario.
- Compromiso con la seguridad y la calidad.
- Actitud proactiva y trabajo en equipo.
- Conocimientos básicos de higiene y saneamiento industrial (valorado).
