If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.## Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a **Master Scheduler** located in **Guadalajara, North Site**.The Master Scheduler role involves responsible for working with the materials and planning teams to ensure on-time and efficient deliveries of final product, with zero downtime.**What a typical day looks like:*** Create daily production schedules* Supervise that deadlines are met.* Ensure efficiency in scheduling with CTB (Clear to Build) utilization* Liaise between the Material Account Manager and Program Teams on demand management* Work closely with production personnel on accountabilities and productivity issues.* Plan efficient transaction of process with production personnel to ensure zero downtime* Ensure smooth transaction of manufacturing process to raw materials* Develop strategies and liaise with operational teams on capacity & equipment utilization* Work closely with operations to ensure smooth flow from raw material to final goods stage.* Use knowledge and experience of process flow to provide a useful resource to Materials on ERP and business system issues* Provide training to staff members as required* Report key metrics as required**The experience we’re looking to add to our team:*** BS degree in Administration, Engineering in electronics, mechatronics or related.* Advanced experience in the position* Advanced English (written and spoken)* Knowledge of production floor planning.* Solid knowledge of SMT, PTH, PCBA, and BOX processes.* Experience with Kinaxis would be a plus.* Creates the production plan.* Monitoring the production plan on the production floor* Strong knowledge in MRP.* Advanced Excel.* Experience in NPI.* Schedule availability* Work under pressure.* Organized**What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:*** Competitive Salary* Life & Medical insurance* Christmas Bonus* Food Coupons* Saving Fund.* Life InsuranceAU51## ## Job CategoryGlobal Procurement & Supply ChainRequired Skills:Optional Skills:Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
