Role Description

The Information Technician will work on-site in Mexicali, BCN, supporting the organization's information and technology operations. This role involves providing technical support to users, resolving hardware and software issues, and monitoring systems to ensure consistent performance and data integrity. Daily tasks include managing information resources, updating records, assisting with user access and permissions, and documenting technical procedures and incidents. The Information Technician will collaborate with other team members to optimize workflows, maintain security standards, and ensure that information systems meet organizational needs.

Qualifications

- Strong Information Technology and Information Management skills to maintain systems, manage data, and support organizational processes.




- Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve user and system issues efficiently.
- Effective Communication skills to interact with users, document issues, and coordinate with team members and other departments.
- Ability to work on-site in Mexicali, BCN, and support a variety of users in a dynamic environment.
- Basic knowledge of networking, operating systems, and standard office software; familiarity with security best practices is an advantage.
- Relevant technical certification or coursework in IT, computer science, or a related field; prior experience in an information or help desk role is preferred.
