Location: Irapuato, Mexico
Responsibilities
Support equipment overall management after SOP.
Plan, control, and monitor all maintenance‐related activities regarding production equipment at the location to achieve relevant KPIs such as technical availability and preventive maintenance according to HELLA regulations.
Support technical availability improvement, first‐pass‐yield improvement, and cost improvement.
Qualifications
Timely technical support on troubleshooting with malfunctions.
Prepare maintenance schedules and coordinate measures to optimize maintenance, servicing, and repair work (cycles, materials, expenditure).
Prepare equipment preventative maintenance instructions.
Ensure that maintenance is performed according to the needs of the location regarding know‐how, availability, shifts, and spare parts.
University degree with 2 to 3 years of experience.
